Want to add a little kink to your calendar? Then grab your diaries, UberKinky friends, because July 2014 marks the first ever KinkFest UK and one thing’s for sure; it promises to be sadistically spectacular!
When we got wind of this exciting event here at UberKinky, we simply couldn’t resist telling you all about it! Described as a ‘brand new educational BDSM conference’, it is dissimilar to any meeting you have ever attended. So forget working, the purpose of this event is all about helping you to play HARD.
The two day conference comprises of multiple workshops and discussions, delivered by some of the most influential names within in the adult industry, including; FREAK Clubwear, T5Tart from Edgeplay and Amelia Hawk from Kabunza. Watch phenomenal performances by the likes of Whipper & Zahara, Laced Lines and prepare for things to really heat up when the guys from FREAK Clubwear start wielding their fire floggers.
Workshops will cover safety points, risk mitigation and tantalising techniques on a variety of different topics including; whips, caning, flogging, electro-play, takedowns, fear play, needles and knife play. So, even if you’re not the sharpest tool in the box, you’ll still be able to enjoy your play safely!
What’s included? Well, priced at £60 each, these tickets are incredible value for money. The programme encompasses three superb performances, the opportunity to participate in twelve discussion groups and panels, entry into a choice of fifteen different workshops by leading practitioners and a play party in the venue’s fully equipped multi-room dungeon. Lunch is provided on both days and you can drink as much tea and coffee as you can stomach. You may need it after your kink filled evening on the Saturday night ;)
The Saturday night play party features music from DJ Fettdog and a fully licensed bar, open until 1am. Brunch will be provided on the following day so you can discuss all of the antics from the previous evening with your fellow kinksters!
KinkFest UK 2014 is a non profit event, meaning tickets are priced as reasonably as possible. Organised by dedicated volunteers, this event relies heavily on generous donations and people kindly giving up their time to assist. Unfortunately, as with any event, there are certain costs to cover. However, luckily for you, if you’re short on cash you may still be in with a chance of being there.
