The 45mm ring is a snug but comfortable fit and the ball inserts easliy with lubricant.
The anal ball definitely has a positive arousal effect when moving around or even sitting, creating a semi-erection most of the time.

I'd been looking at this item for some time & finally decided to bite the bullet & buy one.
I'm sooo glad that I did! It arrived in just a couple of days & I had it out of the packaging and slipping into place in a matter of minutes.
Wonderful!! As you move, the weight of it makes the ball in your ass move around and you can't help but get aroused (interesting as I work in a shop & had customers at the time).
