Product Rating I had never seen these tools of pleasure until recently. First lesson was to start small and go up in size. I purchased the urethra rider but it was too large at first and hurt so I started with a 2mm Dilator and worked up. Even a 2mm increment has a huge difference on comfort and fit. I start small and work up and then use an 8mm thru hole penis plug or graduated plug as I stretch!! These act as a great attachment if you are into Elect Stim, providing a long conducting rod inside you. Fab. I like ending with the plug as it stays in place as all the pleasure erupts.
