This heavy duty collar is made from high quality neoprene which ensures a comfortable fit as well as fluid resistant fun. It features 3 built in D rings for attaching tie downs and restraints. The buckle is lockable with a padlock so there's no chance of escape.

Product Rating Have not used this collar in anger yet. But tried it on my girlfriend just to see what she thought. She liked it and said it was comfortable. I thought it looked a little wide on her neck, but the neoprene and flex of the edges made it acceptable. It is definitely Heavy Duty!
